Fusify.ai is a proposition of Maatwerk Online. We are the data controller for your personal data as described in this policy.

2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to serve you properly:
- Contact form: first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, company size, purpose of your request, and the message you leave.
- Inspiration quiz: your answers to the three questions, plus when you request the result: first and last name, company name, email address and optionally phone number.
- Website use: IP address (anonymised), browser, device, pages visited, referring URL, timestamp. Only with your consent via the cookie banner.
3. Why we process this data
- Getting in touch: to answer your question or book a meeting. Legal basis: performance of a (pre-)contract.
- Sending the top 3: to email you the inspiration quiz result. Legal basis: your consent.
- Sales follow-up: to send a suitable proposal if relevant. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Website statistics: to improve our site. Legal basis: your consent (cookie banner).
- Legal obligations: such as accounting retention. Legal basis: legal obligation.
4. How long we keep your data
- Form requests (without client relationship): up to 12 months after last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the collaboration plus 7 years (Dutch tax retention).
- Cookie consent: 12 months, after that we ask again.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): up to 14 months, with IP anonymisation.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share data with parties that help us deliver our service. We have a data processing agreement with each of them.
- Vercel Inc. (United States) for website hosting. Vercel is SCC-compliant and uses Data Processing Addenda.
- Resend for sending emails on our behalf (contact and inspiration requests).
- Google LLC for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. Only with your consent.
We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Cookies and similar tech
We use cookies to make the site work (necessary) and to understand how the site is used (analytics, only with consent). See our full cookie policy for the complete list and explanation.

7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: see what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification: have incorrect data corrected.
- Right to erasure: have your data deleted ('right to be forgotten').
- Right to restriction: temporarily pause processing.
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a common format.
- Right to withdraw consent: withdraw previously given consent at any time (for instance via the cookie settings).

8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data is sent encrypted (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers.
9. Filing a complaint
If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, please raise it with us first at hallo@fusify.ai. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority:
